No room has folded yet. Room 1 opens the minute $FOLDROOM is live. Ten seats at 0.01 ETH each; when the tenth seat is taken, a block three ahead is fixed, its hash draws one seat, and the other nine stakes fold into it. Seat 1 is the first move.

Ten seats at 0.01 = 0.1 ETH on the table. Room 4 (index 3) fills on block 1,000, so the draw block is 1,003. keccak256(hash of block 1,003, 3) mod 10 = 6: seat 7 is drawn and takes 0.1 ETH, its own 0.01 plus nine stakes of 0.01. Room 5 is already open.

Seat index = keccak256(abi.encodePacked(blockhash(drawBlock), room index)) mod 10, counted from 0. The block does not exist when the room fills, so nobody picks the seat and anyone can redo the sum.
